Theta Brain Waves
Relaxing brainwaves that are often associated with sleeping and dreaming.
Usually generated in the right hemisphere.
Theta waves normally happen when we are day dreaming, asleep, 
emotional, unfocused, or relaxed.
Theta brainwaves happen more in individuals with ADD,
 high levels of relaxation and creativity, as well as random thinking. 
There are many benefits to generating theta brain waves. 
Some being:
advanced intuition
lower anxiety
learning a new language
boosted immune system
improved long term memory
healing of body and mind.

There are ways to tap into your theta brain waves without going to sleep!
Examples being:
Hypnosis
Playing Nintendo
Creative Visualization
Yoga
Meditation
